This Privacy Policy explains how VINKE REVENUE INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTING LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through vinkeric.com (the "Site"). We are a business infrastructure consulting practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect:

- The service you indicate you are interested in

4. SMS/Text Message Privacy
If you have opted in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we are committed to protecting your privacy regarding these communications:
- No Data Sharing: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service.
- Marketing Restrictions: Your mobile information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Limited Use: Your SMS opt-in data will only be used for the specific purposes you have consented to, such as appointment reminders, event notifications, receipts, customer service updates, and promotional messages you've explicitly opted into.
- Opt-Out Control: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by texting "STOP" to 980-577-0778. Upon doing so, we will confirm your opt-out status via SMS and will cease sending you text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We keep tracking on this Site to a minimum. Some pages may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function — for example, to make a contact or booking form work, or to remember your preferences.

- Access to your information is limited to Jana Vinke and any support personnel who need it in order to respond to you or deliver the services you have requested.
- We do not collect or store payment card information through this website.
- Text message opt-in and consent records are retained as proof of consent and are not used for any other purpose.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records. If you would like us to delete your information, contact us and we will do so, unless we are required to retain it by law.
9. Your Rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate, delete your information, or stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, email jana@vinkeric.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
